When you use the Creator Portal, we may also collect creator performance information associated with your Square One account, including LIVE activity, diamonds, hours streamed, valid LIVE days, activeness levels, progress targets, coaching notes, and related reporting data.

2. TikTok account connection

When you choose to connect TikTok, TikTok will ask you to authorize the information requested by the Creator Portal. Depending on the permissions you approve, we may receive and store information such as your TikTok account identifier, username, display name, avatar, profile link, and public video information.

We use this connection to verify that you control the TikTok account associated with your Square One creator record, display authorized profile information, and prevent another person from accessing your creator data.

Square One is not TikTok and is not responsible for TikTok's own privacy practices. TikTok processes information according to its own terms and privacy policy.

3. How we use information

• Authenticate and secure Creator Portal accounts.
• Verify creator identity and match a portal account to the correct creator record.
• Provide private performance dashboards, progress tracking, coaching notes, and creator support.
• Create and maintain public creator profiles when a creator chooses to publish one.
• Operate, improve, troubleshoot, and protect our services.
• Communicate about applications, account access, support, security, and network operations.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. How we share information

We do not sell creator personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, and support the website and Creator Portal, including hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, and infrastructure providers.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of Square One or others, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transfer or restructuring.

Public profile information is visible only when the creator or Square One has enabled the profile for publication.

5. Data security and access controls

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect creator information. Creator dashboard data is linked to an authenticated account, and access controls are designed so creators can view only the private metrics assigned to their own account. No system can guarantee complete security.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain accurate creator records, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the network. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is stored.

7. Your choices and requests

You may update certain profile information inside the Creator Portal. You may revoke Square One's TikTok authorization through TikTok's account settings or request that we disconnect your TikTok account.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or other available privacy actions by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.

8. Children

The website and Creator Portal are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Creator Portal.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, integrations, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
